If you are not satisfied with your prescription glasses or sunglasses, you can always return it to us within 14 days. For multifocal lenses it can take longer to get used to your new glasses, so for multifocal glasses we offer a three months habituation warranty.
Depending on the lenses the delivery time will be between 3 and 7 working days. You will be notified by the store staff when your glasses are available for pick up.
When picking up your glasses, our store staff makes sure they fit properly. If after a while you think here’s something wrong, don’t panic. Usually this can be adjusted easily. Most common complaints are that they slip from your nose, the temples don’t fully sit on your ears, pressure on the wrong points, the nose pads aren’t straight. When something like this occurs, visit our store and we will fix this for you.
If you just want new lenses instead of a whole new frame, we can replace the lenses. To make sure we order the right prescription we ask you to first come to the store for another eye test and we take the exact measures from your existing frame, so bring those with you. We can only offer this service for a KOMONO frame and only if the frame itself is in a good condition.
In our sun wear collection, we offer the black and silver collection. Most of the silver collection is made out of premium acetate same as the optical collection and therefore very suitable to put prescription lenses in. So if you can’t find the right frame in our optical collection , this might be a good alternative.
Your health insurance may cover eye care. Before you purchase prescription glasses, it’s best to check with your insurance provider whether these would be covered for reimbursement. This is completely dependent upon your insurer and the policy you hold.
Together with your purchase you will receive a signed invoice by our optician which must be issued to most insurance companies for reimbursement.
Rinse with lukewarm water to remove dust and sand. Dry with microfiber cloth and degrease lenses using water with a little bit of mild soap or lens cleaner.
