contemporary aesthetics, is looking for a passionate Visual Merchandising Intern to join our
team in Belgium and the Netherlands. This internship is perfect for someone with a keen eye for
detail, a flair for styling, and a hands-on mentality.

Your Role:
As a Visual Merchandising Intern, you’ll support the visual identity of KOMONO across our
owned and operated stores, B2B channel, and the marketing team throughout Belgium and
the Netherlands. From styling campaign store windows to event build-up and partner stores,
you’ll ensure our brand is represented consistently and creatively.

What You’ll Do:

• Style and maintain our KOMONO stores throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Apply our visual guidelines to create the right look & feel in every location.
• Assist in setting up new partner boutiques and campaign displays.
• Support in tradeshow and event set up.
• Bring the KOMONO identity to life across all retail touchpoints.
• Support visual optimization based on store needs and seasonality.

Your Profile:

• You’re a Belgian or Dutch student studying Styling, Fashion, Retail or a related field.
• You have a valid driver’s license (own transportation is a big plus).
• You’re flexible and can handle unexpected situations with a smile.
• You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and creative.
• You can work independently and have a structured way of working.

Functie-eisen:
• Ervaring in de optiekbranche
• Het kunnen uitvoeren van oogmetingen met behulp van verschillende methoden is een
harde vereiste.
• Uitgebreide kennis van optische producten.
• Ervaring in het aanpassen van frames voor de perfecte pasvorm.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen in zowel de fashion als de optiekbranche.
