KOMONO, rooted in the Antwerp fashion scene and known for its progressive accessories and
contemporary aesthetics, is looking for a passionate Visual Merchandising Intern to join our
team in Belgium and the Netherlands. This internship is perfect for someone with a keen eye for
detail, a flair for styling, and a hands-on mentality.
Your Role:
As a Visual Merchandising Intern, you’ll support the visual identity of KOMONO across our
owned and operated stores, B2B channel, and the marketing team throughout Belgium and
the Netherlands. From styling campaign store windows to event build-up and partner stores,
you’ll ensure our brand is represented consistently and creatively.

Position – Your future role at KOMONO
For our headquarters in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, we are looking for a highly motivated and punctual Customer Service and Sale Support Employee to support us from November 2025 until May 2026.
You will manage the relationships with our partners and key accounts in different countries in order to facilitate and consolidate the rapid growth.
You will do this in close collaboration with the Sales team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with our Agents, Distribution partners, (optical and fashion) retailers, and You will follow-up on credit limits and payment behavior in cooperation with our
credit control department.
You will gather information, complaints, returns, etc. and make reports out of it to
analyze the effect on the business, product, collection and relationship with customers.
You will be a true ambassador for the brand.
Profile & Skills
• You have a first working experience in (sales) administration or a similar position.
• Junior commercial and analytical skills, and a drive to succeed.
• Fluent English and German speaking,
knowledge of 1 additional (3rd) language is a plus. (NL, ES, IT, FR, ...)
• Excellent verbal (“smile on the phone”) and written (mainly email)
communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and to think clearly and creatively to prioritize actions in unexpected situations.
• Proactive personality, all-rounder, self-starter, punctual, flexible, ambitious.
• Team player.
• Resistant with stress and pressure.
• Excellent planning & organization skills, creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills, translated into fluent Excel use.
• Experience with order processing and ERP-software (SAP B1) is a strong plus.
• Although personality, experience and motivation prevail, a strong
educational background is a plus.
