Refund policy

All packages have a tracking number so the package can be traced. As soon as your order leaves the Komono warehouse you will receive this tracking number. Komono offers a simple and easy return service. Simply post the goods to be returned (in original, unused condition) - You have up to 14 days to return your order. You can ask for a refund, a voucher or a replacement model. All refunds of the products (excl. shipping cost) will automatically be issued via the payment method used to purchase the original order at this website.
